Why
I Started Playing:
One day in 9th grade my friends and I decided in
gym class we were gonna start a band. I worshipped
Jimmy Page, so I begged to be the guitarist. None
of us knew how to play a note or had any
equipment!! Needless to say I didn’t leave my
bedroom for the next 4 years-my family thought I
was insane! (I don’t recommend this).

Playing music, it’s more than a hobby to me, but
it’s pretty much all I do!
What
Makes a Great Guitar Solo:
Any lead you can hum…..a great solo should have
feeling and technique, be played with conviction,
and come from the heart!! It should be a piece of
music "in the music". It should climax,
say something and connect with the listener, and
help take the song somewhere else.
